Responsibilities
The main role of this Unit is to deal with the
translation of the English texts of the laws of Brunei. This Unit also provides translation for memorandum
of understanding, prosecution documents as well as general documents and
correspondences into Malay language and vice versa.This Unit works closely with
Legislative Drafting Division, Criminal Justice Division, Civil Division, International Affairs Division, Library Unit and ICT Unit.
